To ensure that our guests are provided an opportunity to sample this superlative breakfast treat, Baguette & Co’s bakers (all of whom hail from France) diligently begin work in the early hours (2:30 am to be exact!) to create baked goods ready for delivery to the hotel in time for breakfast service at 6:30 am seven days a week. Using tender loving care along with ample savoir faire, baker Pierre Jean transforms ordinary ingredients of flour, water, salt and of course butter into delectable crescent-shaped pastries with a crisp, flaky exterior and a soft, chewy, yet tender interior.
